A faith-based outreach program that aids the Houston Police Department is branching out to the Heights and other parts of Houston.

Known as the Police and Clergy Team, or PACT, the nonprofit recruits ministers of all religious faiths to aid victims of crime and other tragedies that often require emergency response from the police department.
