Tulsi Gabbard, Hawaii’s “it girl,” is heading to Washington D.C.

The 31-year-old rising star of the Democratic Party beat her Republican challenger Kawika Crowley by a landslide late Friday night, gaining 77 percent of the vote, to Crowley's 19 percent, with all precincts reporting.
