SURAT: Burial or cremation? This is the conflict surrounding death of a man, who had converted into Islam, after entering into a relationship with a Muslim woman.

Bharat Thakkar, who even changed his name to Siraj Shaikh after marrying a Muslim woman, died in a road accident near Kadodara cross roads on national highway 8 on Tuesday night. Thakkar, who was engaged in transport business, was knocked down by a vehicle when he was crossing the road after parking his truck.
