Supreme Court Upholds Lethal Injection

On April 16 the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the most common method of lethal injection. A December 2007 Pew Forum special report examined the status of capital punishment in America, analyzed the arguments before the high court and looked at 50 years of public opinion on the death penalty.
