An article on efforts to foster cross-cultural understanding between immigrant Muslim communities and native Europeans cites a Pew Forum demographic study, The Future of the Global Muslim Population. The study estimates that Europe's population was 6% Muslim in 2010 and projects that Muslims will represent 8% of the population by 2030.

CBN's David Brody interviews Alan Cooperman, the Pew Forum's associate director for research, on the role religion may play in the 2012 presidential campaign. Cooperman discusses a recent Pew Research Center report that found that 68% of Americans say it would not matter to them if a presidential candidate was Mormon.
