Global Restrictions on Religion Event Transcript
On Dec. 17, 2009, the Pew Forum hosted a roundtable event in conjunction with the publication of a report on the level of religious restrictions in 198 countries due both to government actions and to acts of violence and intimidation by private individuals, organizations and social groups.

How Religious Is Your State?
Which of the 50 states has the most religious population? Since there are many ways to define "religious," there is no single answer to this question. But to give a sense of how the states stack up, the Pew Forum used polling data to rank them on four measures.
