New Ky. mosque an oasis of calm

Courier-Journal reporter Peter Smith cites a recent Pew Forum survey that found that 62% of Americans say that Muslims should have the same rights as other groups to build houses of worship in local communities, while 25% say that local communities should be able to prohibit the construction of mosques if they do not want them.
