Prayer in America A federal district court in Wisconsin recently ruled that the declaration of a National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional, but this ruling is being challenged in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Meanwhile, President Obama has stated that he will go forward with his plans to proclaim May 6 as a National Day of Prayer.
